AGM: Odu’a to present 2020 audited financial accounts

Odu’a Investment Company Limited has announced that it will, Thursday, July 15, present its year 2020 Audited Financial Accounts of shareholders during its 39th Annual General Meeting.

A statement made available to Oyo Reporters in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, on Saturday by Victor Ayetoro, the company’s Head, Corporate Affairs, read that it would also propose the declaration of dividend to its shareholder states.

The statement read, “The 39th Annual General Meeting of Odu’a Investment Company Limited comes up on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at the Company’s Head office, Cocoa House, Ibadan, Oyo State.

“The company, at the meeting, will be presenting the year2020 Audited Financial Accounts as well as proposing the declaration of dividend to its shareholder states.

“The meeting will also serve as an opportunity to giveupdate on progress being made towards repositioning the company as a world class conglomerate and the new strategic focus of the Group on its chosen sectors, particularly new investment in Agriculture and Oil andGas Upstream.”

It is expected that the meeting, billed to be chaired by Dr Segun Aina, OFR, Chairman, Odu’a Investment Company Limited Board, would have in attendance secretaries to the Oyo, Ondo, Ogun, Osun, Ekiti and Lagos state governments, the six South-West shareholder states.
