The Africa Institute of Public Administration has inducted 30 newly qualified professionals from across the federation after being certified fit in their field of practice.
The induction, which held recently at the International Conference Centre, University of Calabar, Cross River State, was attended by dignitaries and captains of industries from all walks of life.
Among the inductees were the President, Alliance of Yoruba Youths Council Worldwide, Dr Akande Kazeem, Tita; Henry Ogbuagu, Ekpe; Osim James, Ezea; Isidora Kamchekwube, Egere; Alice-Ettah Patrick, Rita Enitan Abbe and Odze- Okang Carolyne.
The Dean of Certified Africa Institute of Public Administration, Prof. Tyoor Fredrick, stated that the newly inducted public administrators were certified following thorough examination and having met all requisites set by the institute.
According to him, the institute, as a credible educational platform for professional public administrators on the Africa soil, “was founded on an ideal philosophy with a purpose to offer practical learning solutions to innovate and reshape the operationalization and management of government systems in countries of Africa.”
He, however, charged the inductees to be determined to promote the ethical standards of public administration in their conducts as they discharge their individual and collective assignments.
Meanwhile AYYCW has, in a statement made available to journalists on Monday, congratulated its leader on his appointment as South-West Coordinator for the Africa Institute of Public Administrator and International Academy for Gender and Peace.
The President of AYYCW expressed appreciation on his induction as a certified public administrator, saying, “This will help in developing great leadership and management style.”
