Former Oyo State Governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, is said to be in critical health condition weeks after being admitted at a private hospital in Lagos.
Although the actual cause of his illness could not be ascertained as of the time of filing this report, it was learnt that his case was being managed by group of cardiologists.
Bolaji Tunji, Ajimobi’s Media Aide, has been avoiding comments on the issue since news of his principal’s sickness filtered to the public.
Florence, his wife, who was also said to be sick, has since recovered.
The illness of Ajimobi, the All Progressives Congress’ Deputy National Chairman (South), was said to have become critical since two weeks ago.
Unconfirmed sources said his condition could be linked to COVID-19 infection.
