AKINWALE ABOLUWADE

The new General Manager of the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State, (BCOS), Alhaji Kunle Junaid, is well suited for the position, Prof. Sabit Olagoke (JP), has said.

Prof. Sabit, Founder and Spiritual Head of Shafaudeen-In-Islam Worldwide, made the declaration in his congratulatory statement to Junaid on his recent appointment to the headship of BCOS, Ile Akede, Orita Basorun, Ibadan.

In a statement issued by his Media Assistant, Bode Akinbode, Prof. Olagoke conveyed his felicitations on behalf of his family and the global membership of Shafaudeen-In-Islam Worldwide. He described the appointment as a “sensitive and elevated position” for which Alhaji Junaid is exceptionally well prepared.

Prof. Olagoke praised BCOS for choosing an individual of “good character, competence, and diligence,” noting that Alhaji Junaid’s antecedents reflect “remarkable progressive, technical, and professional ethics both at work and in practice.”

According to him, the corporation “deserves to have your creed, especially in this digital era that demands technologically advanced service delivery.”

Highlighting Alhaji Junaid’s track record, he added: “You have consistently worked hard to achieve great accomplishments, which form the basis of this milestone. This appointment is a recognition of your dedication and sincerity toward your duties. Your zeal and efforts have paid off. It is well deserved.”

Prof. Olagoke further offered prayers for a successful tenure, saying he is confident that BCOS “will benefit immensely from the strength of your leadership,” and wished Alhaji Junaid a hitch-free administration.
