Sen. Alli eulogises Shettima’s virtues at 57

Chairman, Senate Committee on INEC, Sen. Sharafadeen Alli, has lauded Vice President Kashim Shettima over what he described as his unwavering dedication to serving Nigeria.

Alli, who represents Oyo South District at the Senate, paid tribute to the vice president on his 57th birthday anniversary in a statement signed and made available to journalists by his Special Adviser on Media, Akeem Abas, on Saturday.

The statement quoted Alli as expressing gratitude to the number-two-man for his leadership traits and dedication to serving Nigeria.

It described Shetimma as an exceptional leader with integrity, wisdom and compassion, stressing that his relentless pursuit for progress and development would impact many people. 

The statement read, “Your unwavering dedication, astute leadership and tireless efforts to improving the lives of our citizens have made impacts on our society.

“Your compassionate approach to governance, coupled with your deep sense of responsibility, has inspired hope and instilled a sense of confidence in the hearts of the people.

“I wish the vice president continued success and fulfillment in all his  endeavours. May this birthday be filled with warmth, joy and the knowledge that your contributions have shaped our nation for the better.”
