The presentation, scheduled to take place at Theophilus Ogunlesi Hall, opposite the main gate of the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, will mark the formal unveiling of Senator Alli’s development blueprint ahead of the 2027 governorship election.
According to a press release by the Director of Media and Publicity of the Senator Sharafadeen Alli Campaign Organisation (SSACO), Bisi Oladele, the event is expected to attract representatives of various sectors, including the organised private sector, labour unions, community development associations, farmers, students, artisans, academics, traders, women groups and non-indigenes.
Also expected at the event are APC leaders and candidates contesting various elective positions in the 2027 general elections.
Senator Alli is expected to present the manifesto sector by sector, outlining his proposed policies, programmes and strategies for addressing developmental challenges and advancing the state.
The statement describes Oyo AHEAD as a practical and people-centred roadmap aimed at placing the state ahead in key development indicators and restoring its pace-setting status.
The presentation is expected to provide stakeholders with an opportunity to examine the candidate’s proposed development priorities for the state.
