At age 102, Mrs. Nonye Josephine Ezeanyaeche looks sure on her desire to be Nigerian president.

She looks calm and calculative about how to pursue her dreams. She is also well collected on what she needs to do to achieve her ambition.

While grandmas who are much younger than her sit calmly in the comfort of their homes awaiting the coming of the LORD, the new attraction in Nigerian politics bravely hit the scene to declare her intention to run for the presidency come 2023.

Ezeanyaeche, popularly called ‘living legend’ or ‘Mama Africa,’ is a native of Aguata in Anambra State.

She is the founder of ‘Voice for Senior Citizens of Nigeria,’ a platform that articulates the views, rights and opinions of the aged people in the most populous black nation of the world.

The old woman declared her intention during her visit to the management team of the Nigerian Television Authority recently.

Expressing her readiness to contest for the exalted position if the younger generation in the country were unprepared, she was quoted as stating that she had good plans for her country.

She is on the long list of those who have, so far, declared their ambition to run for presidency.

There is no clear evidence that Ezeanyaeche, who was born 1920, currently has an husband.

There was also no details about her children and family as of the time of filing this report.

The recipient of multiple awards has not disclosed the party on whose platform she hopes to prosecute her political ambition.
