“We in the SCM family are shocked at your sudden exit. We celebrate with heavenly joy the erudite life you lived and the revival fire you kindled in our great Movement and everywhere you went.
“Your ardent faith in God’s word was audacious. Your fervor in spiritual warfare was auspicious. You were a pacesetter, barrier breaker and demon demobilizer. You traversed the entire globe with your positive ‘God-Will-Do-It’ message of hope.
“Your ministry imparted very many lives and brought testimonies of joy to many families. You taught us how to believe God for great things, and see Him fulfill them. You demonstrated God’s power with ease, and your ministry was backed with miracles and signs.
“Yet, you stayed humble, loving and compassionate. We did not expect this to happen so soon, but we submit absolutely to the sovereign will of the Almighty. Farewell, dear brother, till we all meet again in the presence of our Master, Saviour and King, Jesus Christ.”
Prince Emmanuel Kuyoro wrote, “Breaking: Rev. Gomba Oyor has gone to be with the Lord. General Overseer of God-Will-Do-It Ministries, Bodija, Ibadan, an Apostle of faith and unity of the body of Christ. Rest in peace Sir.”
