Worshippers throng churches across Oyo State for services on Sunday after the three-month ban on worship centers.
The Oyo State Government placed a ban on worship centres in the state in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak in the country.
The worshippers were seen observing the physical distancing order as part of measures to curb the spread of the disease.
Following the lifting of the ban on worship centers in the state, religious faithful have since begun to congregate in churches and mosques.
However, in keeping with the directives by the state government, the population of worshippers were kept low.
The congregation were seen with face masks during church service.
Church members were directed to wash their hands before and after the service.
The Chairman, Christian Association of Nigeria in Oyo State, Apostle Joshua Akinyemiju, expressed readiness on the part of churches in the state to observe all guidelines for COVID-19 in the state.
