Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State says it has discharged 95 patients after they received their second negative test results.
The governor, who doubles as the state COVID-19 Task Force chairman, added that the number of discharged cases in the state is now 271.

He said test results for 35 suspected COVID-19 cases in the state came back positive.
Makinde, who made the disclosure via his verified Twitter handle, on Saturday, announced that the total number of confirmed cases in the state has risen to 469.
