Until her passing, she served as the Special Adviser to the Minister of Budget and Planning, Atiku Bagudu.

The former governor’s Special Adviser, Bolaji Tunji, confirmed the tragic news to journalists in Ibadan on Thursday, saying, “Yes, it has been confirmed.”

Reacting to her death, politician Joseph Tegbe expressed his sorrow, describing Bisola as a dedicated public servant who was passionate about national development.

“I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of my aburo, Abisola Kola-Daisi, the eldest daughter of our late leader, Governor Abiola Ajimobi,” Tegbe stated.

“Bisola was an active citizen committed to public service. Until her passing, she served as a Special Adviser to Atiku Bagudu, the Honourable Minister of Budget and Planning. She was a beacon of light to her family, friends, and colleagues.

“My heartfelt condolences go out to the entire Ajimobi and Kola-Daisi families, especially the Ajimobi matriarch, Dr. (Mrs.) Florence Ajimobi, and my aburo, Kolapo, during this incredibly difficult time. I pray that the family and friends find comfort and strength in the loving memories of Abisola’s life, legacy, and impact.

“May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace, and may God grant us all the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.”
