The Chairman of the Oyo State Tipper, Lorry and Quarry Park Management System, Alhaji Akeem Akintola, popularly known as Kuso, has been kidnapped by unknown gunmen.

It was gathered that the incident occurred in the early hours of Saturday around Ajiboye area, Omi Apata, Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
According to a source who spoke on the condition of anonymity, the attackers stormed the residence of Alhaji Akintola (Kuso) and abducted him to a yet-to-be-known destination.
It was learned from multiple sources, including a family member and associates who did not want their names to be mentioned, that the gunmen did not meet any resistance during the attack.

Meanwhile, friends, associates and lovers of the victim have appealed to members of the public to avail them of information that could lead to his whereabouts, saying that they should contact them on telephone number: 08034345760 or the nearest police station.
It was gathered that the incident had been reported at the Omi-Adio Police Station immediately after the gunmen whisked the hostage away.
