It will be recalled that Governor Makinde appointed the former Commissioners on August 14, 2019 and sacked them in July this year with seven of them reappointed on August 6.

It was gathered that the Special Adviser to Governor Makinde on Economic Matters, Prof. Musibau Adetunji, has been nominated as Commissioner for Budget and Planning, while the Incident Manager of the State’s COVID-19 Emergency Operations Centre, Dr.Taiwo Ladipo, has been nominated as the Commissioner for Health.
