The Nigeria Police Force and the Police Service Commission in conjunction with the West African Examinations Council have concluded the Computer Based Test for the 2021 recruitment exercise for Police Constables.

The exercise was held between 20th and 21st April, the Inspector-General of Police, Usman Baba, stated.

The CBT examinations held across the 36 states of the federation, including the Federal Capital Territory with 63,323 qualified applicants, was written by about 95per cent of the applicants.

The final results from the WAEC, which are expected to be published by the Police soon, are currently being awaiting.

A statement, on Monday, by the Force Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, read that the Inspector-General of Police urged all applicants who wrote the CBT examinations to relate directly with the Police for complaints or inquiries in order to avoid falling victim to swindlers and charlatans.

It stressed that the exercise was being held free of charge.
