The People’s Democratic Party today (Wednesday) shifted its scheduled National Caucus, Board of Trustees and National Executive Council meetings earlier slated to hold between 10am and 2pm to evening hours.
Members of the PDP caucus, namely former Senate Presidents, David Mark and Bukola Saraki; the Chairman of the BoT, Senator Walid Jibrin; and the governors of Edo, Enugu, Adamawa, Taraba and Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue, met behind closed doors for about two hours before filing out at around 12pm.

It was, however, learnt that the extension of the meetings is to allow for further consultations on salient issues.
Under the new arrangement, the caucus meeting is expected begin by 4pm, while BoT meeting is scheduled to hold at 7pm with the NEC meeting holding around 8pm.
