The University of Digital and AI Management (UniDAIM), United States, has appointed Professor Oluwamuyiwa Favour Ayodele as its Honorary Chancellor.
Ayodele, a Professor of Management and Global Leadership, received his appointment letter dated September 2, 2025, and signed by UniDAIM President, Prof. John Anderson.

In the letter, Anderson commended Ayodele’s expertise and contributions to his field, noting that his professional achievements align with UniDAIM’s vision of fostering excellence, innovation, and leadership in digital and AI education.
The appointment, the university explained, is currently voluntary and unpaid, as UniDAIM is still in its development phase.
However, it offers opportunities for recognition, leadership, and potential paid engagement as the institution expands.
“We are honored to welcome you as part of UniDAIM’s pioneering journey in shaping the future of digital and AI education,” the letter read.
Prof. Ayodele is the Founder and Global Executive Chairman of VisionAfric, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the African Intellectual Resource Organization (AIRO), and founder of The Carpenter Foundation.
He also serves as a UN Global Peace Ambassador and is a recipient of the Nelson Mandela Nobel Prize.
A Nigerian-born scholar, Ayodele is a technocrat, African philosopher, prolific entrepreneur, author, management expert, and international keynote speaker.
He was also a presidential candidate in Nigeria’s 2019 and 2023 general elections.
