Buhari reverses decision on medical trip to UK

President Muhammadu Buhari has reversed his decision to embark on a medical trip to the United Kingdom.

The Presidency announced on Friday that the medical follow-up visit by the president, earlier scheduled for today, has been postponed.

Mr Femi Adesina, the President’s spokesman confirmed the development in a statement in Abuja on Friday.

According to the presidential aide, a new date will be announced in due course.

The president’s last medical trip to London was in March.
